Power Chem was established through the acquisition of Interdom Chem BV, an independent Dutch speciality chemicals distributor with nearly 20 years of experience in chemicals. In 2024, we achieved business volumes exceeding 600 million dollars, marking a significant milestone in our growth.
Today, we have further expanded into the broader chemical industry, following the acquisitions of Smash Logic BV and Williams International in 2022. Smash Logic’s product portfolio strategically complements Power Chem’s lateral value chain. Williams International, a pioneer in formulating sustainable cleaning chemicals using biodegradable and/or recyclable chemical raw materials, broadens Power Chem’s expertise and product offering for home care and industrial cleaning customers.
